Himalayan Hot Honey started with a group of friends who loved food and wanted something different. When we couldn’t find hot honey in Nepal, we decided to make it ourselves — using local ingredients and a lot of heart.

What if Nepal’s purest wild honey met its boldest local chilies?
As lovers of both flavor and tradition, we set out to create something new — a sauce that’s as natural as it is fiery. Using locally harvested honey from the hills of Nepal and infusing it with a secret blend of Nepali chillies like the famous dalle khursani, we handcrafted the perfect balance of sweet and heat.
