
Ingredients (Serves 2)
250 g buffalo meat
1 medium sweet potato, diced and roasted
1 avocado, sliced
1 cup greek yogurt or rice
Mixed greens
2 tbsp Himalayan Hot Honey
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Roast the sweet potatoes at 200°C for 20–25 minutes.
2. Cook the buffalo meat and season with salt and pepper.
3. Assemble the bowl with rice, greens, sweet potatoes, avocado, and buffalo meat.
4. Drizzle Himalayan Hot Honey over the top.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Ingredients (Serves 1)
2 slices sourdough bread
1 ripe avocado
1 tbsp Himalayan Hot Honey
A pinch of salt
Cracked black pepper
Chili flakes (optional)
Lemon juice (optional)
1. Toast the sourdough bread until golden brown.
2. Mash the avocado with a pinch of salt and a few drops of lemon juice.
3. Spread the avocado evenly over the toast.
4. Drizzle Himalayan Hot Honey generously on top.
5. Finish with black pepper and chili flakes for extra heat.

500 g boneless chicken breast, cubed
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg, beaten
Oil for frying

1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Dip the chicken pieces in egg and coat with the flour mixture.
3. Heat oil and fry until golden and crispy.
